The current town hall becomes a commonplace.
A meeting place.
A large central reception area.
A double-height public space.
From there, the building is clearly divided and organised.
Around it, the addition takes shape.
With public-oriented functions located on the ground floor.
Circulations to the offices start here as well.
The addition reinforces the existing and supports the building’s functionality.
